HOW DOES IT WORK?
This is the only program in Spanish that you will need to find professional work in Australia.

For 8 weeks, you will have access to exclusive material to position yourself as an ideal candidate.

Each video module and workbook consists of proven strategies that you can implement week by week to successfully pass all stages of the recruiting process.

Every week there will be a call (Saturday) live with Alejandra to clarify doubts and so you can move quickly in your job search.

The curriculum for this course will allow you to advance through the recruiting stages effectively.

You will have a support group on facebook, a session with a mentor local of your industry with which you can solve all your doubts.
What's more you will receive feedback so that you communicate amplified and take her out of the stadium in your interviews.

¿ Que pasa si no tengo mi CV (Curriculum Vitae) en inglés?Tener tu hoja de vida en inglés va a ser fundamental para que puedas ser un candidato ideal. Pero no te preocupes, en Mi primera CV vas a aprender como hacerla desde 0. Sin embargo, te recomendamos que empieces a hacerla hoy mismo! Tu hoja de vida va a estar evolucionando todo el tiempo, pero si empiezas hoy vas a podere empezar a avanzar y venderte en papel exitosamente más rapido.

¿Voy a poder pedir feedback?Si, durante las 7 semanas vas a poder hacer preguntas y pedir feedback en el grupo privado de Facebook y aprender del feedback de las otra personas que se unen a A V A N Z A. Además vamos a tener llamadas en vivo semanalmente para contestar preguntas. El programa NO incluye acceso personalizado con Alejandra llamadas 1 a 1.

¿En el entrenamiento me ayudan a buscar trabajo?El entrenamiento no incluye hacer aplicaciones a trabajos profesionales por ti. Pero si tienes prioridad para aplicar a nuestras vacantes. Cada vez tenemos más ofertas! A V A N Z A es un entrenamiento intensivo en el que adquieres todas las herramientas para que hagas aplicaciones exitosas y avances en el proceso de reclutamiento de paÃses donde se habla inglés. va desde venderte en papel hasta que recibas una oferta de trabajo y empieces a trabajar profesionalmente. En promedio 2 de 3 de nuestros clientes recibieron ofertas de trabajo en la 5 semana de entrenamiento.

¿Puedo encontrar trabajo profesional si no tengo experiencia en el exterior?Claro que si! No importa que tengas experiencia enel exterior o no. Lo más importante es que te puedas posicionar como un candidato ideal. ¿ SabÃas que las empresas prefieren a una personal con la actitud correcta sobre los estudios y experiencia?. Esto quiere decir que debemos demostrar que tiene el potencial de aprender, pero además ya tienes los conocimientos!

¿Se require algun nivel de inglés?Es recomendable que tengas por lo menos un nivel intermedio de inglés. Si puedes sostener una conversación en inglés , estas listo! Durante el entrenamiento tu vocabulario profesional va a incrementar exponencialmente. Recuerda que tu inglés siempre está en evolución y las empresas buscan personas capaces intelectualmente.
